Guilin Global networks is group of IT professionals. Currently we operate in 6 countries and provide programming and design in three languages all projects have a project manager also Graphic Designers and Application Developers and a system administrator.

We currently have marketing sales companies throughout the US that we provide 100% of website development for their clients they sell services to. We also provide IT services here in the US and 5 other countries providing mostly SQL Server services. We provide from small to large scale services. Below I have listed the most common jobs of the following team members and their job requirements.

Our Project Managers:

The project manager is the key to a successful team. He or she is responsible for more than just the site. Here at Guilin Global Networks he or she is responsible for the team's individual members, communication and follow-through. This position requires specific programming and networking skills. The project manager is representing the team, and must be able to speak intelligently. One of their most important tasks is to gather the requirements of the site and understand the expectations of the client. They understand the scope of the project and correctly convey the ideas to the team members. Good oral and written communication skills are essential, as are time management and organizational skills. They also posses the ability to lead team members, manage resources and be poised and confident to speak to clients regarding the progress of the team. Generally speaking, all of our Project Managers have a min of three to five years of project management experience.

Our Graphic Designers:

Our graphics designers will greatly enhance your Web development experience. The designers can assist in the creation of images and other graphical needs of the development project. Here at Guilin Global Networks all of our Graphic Designers have a minimum of a four year degree in fine arts or related field, and or at least two years of graphical design experience in a Web environment. Additionally, they are proficient with the latest multimedia tools. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are recognized as the industry standard. Knowledge of layout, composition and color theory as well as experience with HTML,JAVA,AJAX,FLASH and more.

Our Application Developers:

The Web Applications Developer is responsible for developing server side functionality for Web-based applications. This involves working with all aspects of the server and databases. Common internet programming languages include PERL, CGI, ActiveX, ASP, and Java, among others. Experience with IP networks, database development and an understanding of the operating system. They work with the project manager to analyze and interpret the client requirements and recommend solutions, so we have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Depending on the complexity of the applications, our developers have anywhere from 2-10 years experience.

Our System Administrators:

System Administrators can make the difference in a successful site. The site is only good if it can operate in a secure and stable environment. Our System administrators are generally responsible for building, maintaining and securing the Web, application and database servers in the internet architecture. Our Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) have a background in Internet Information Server and have the appropriate skill set for system administration in a Microsoft environment also we have administrators that are trained for environments like Unix, an individual with firewall and Apache Web server backgrounds, along with 4-6 years of network administration experience, we possess the necessary skills to complete any project. Currently we host many websites at Network Solutions in the US they are located in Herndon Virginia and have provided great service for many years to our company and they provide most of the administrators responsibilities for server support.
